His experience
is enormous in the area of mascots. In fact, Kenny Glenn of Game Operations is
responsible for the hiring and/or development of over 50% of the NBA's
best mascots. Teams that have hired Kenny Glenn trained mascots are
Atlanta, New Jersey, Milwaukee, Charlotte, Phoenix, Chicago, Utah,
Seattle, Philadelphia, Sacramento, Detroit, Minnesota & Cleveland.
In addition, Kenny has trained two (one went to the NBA) of the
Arizona Cardinals (NFL) mascots.
One of the mascots that he trained and developed was Sky Hawk of the Atlanta Hawks.
Why is that important? After a year, another NBA Team saw how good "Sky Hawk"
was, swooped in and hired him for their team.
What did the Hawks do? They hired Kenny to train their new guy, who happened to be
from Kenny's pool of athletes.
In addition to
having a pool of athletes, Kenny Glenn can create, train and
develop your mascot program into one that would be highly respected
and a very important element of your team.
The Wrong Way to Hire a Mascot
When I was an employee of the Phoenix Suns, I spent countless hours sifting through applications,
watching endless video tapes of Gorilla Hopefuls, bringing in individuals for interviews
and setting up auditions.
The Right Way to Hire a Mascot
Just do what the Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, New Jersey Nets and Arizona Cardinals
did... call Kenny Glenn of Game Operations International and he will get you one
of the athletes in his stable of critters.
